Show Companion is a platform for pedigree dog show enthusiasts to track results, plan shows, and engage with the showing community. The Service includes the website, mobile applications (iOS and Android), and any associated features (together, the “Service”).
The Service is operated by Show Companion Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Service you enter into a binding agreement with us on these terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.
You retain ownership of dog records, show results, critiques, and other data you submit to the Service (“Your Content”). By submitting Your Content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store and display it solely to provide you with the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring Your Content does not infringe third-party rights or violate any law.
Some show results displayed in the Service are sourced from publicly available third-party data. While we take care to present accurate information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of results obtained from external sources. Official results should always be verified with the relevant kennel club or show society.
Show Companion includes AI-powered features (including the Barkley assistant) that generate summaries, critiques, and insights based on data you have recorded. These outputs are generated automatically and are intended as a convenience tool only. They may contain errors or omissions and should not be relied upon as authoritative.
Where a paid subscription is offered, it will be billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. All purchases are subject to the applicable platform's terms and refund policies. We do not process or store payment card details.
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
All intellectual property in the Service (excluding Your Content) belongs to Show Companion Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Where practical, we will give reasonable notice of material changes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Show Companion Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, profits, or show results.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
